About AVTC LIMBE
Limbe Advanced Vocational Training centre (AVTC) is a post secondary school training institution under the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. It is the fruit of the cooperation between the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of South Korea, along with the ones in Douala and Sangmelima. It was inaugurated on the 17th of December 2016 by Prime Minister Philemon YANG
The pioneer staff of AVTC Limbe was Trained in the Republic of South Korea in 2015. The Centre has classic infrastructure, ultra-modern equipment, a spacious campus, free internet facilities, a natural environment conducive for quality training and a serviceable personnel. In AVTC Limbe we offered training in nine (9) functional workshops namely: Computer Systems and Network maintenance(CSNM), Office Automation (OA), Hotel Management and Catering(HMC), Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical Engineering (EE), Welding and Boiler Making (WBM), Plumbing and Piping (PLP), Mechanical Production (MP), Woodwork (WW).

Our Goals
1. Increase Enrollment: Increase student enrollment by 20% within the next 2 years.
2. Improve Program Completion Rates: Achieve a program completion rate of 85% or higher for all training programs.
3. Enhance Industry Partnerships: Establish partnerships with at least 5 new industry partners within the next 12 months.
4. Upgrade Facilities and Equipment: Upgrade facilities and equipment to ensure they are modern, safe, and relevant to industry needs.
Medium-Term Goals (2-5 years)
1. Expand Program Offerings: Develop and launch at least 2 new training programs within the next 3 years.
2. Increase Employer Engagement: Achieve an employer engagement rate of 90% or higher, with employers providing input on program development, guest lectures, and job placements.
3. Improve Graduate Employment Rates: Achieve a graduate employment rate of 80% or higher within 6 months of graduation. 4. Enhance Online Learning Capabilities: Develop and implement online learning platforms and resources to support flexible learning options.
