Hotel Management Department Description
The Hotel Management Department is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in the hospitality industry. This department focuses on the comprehensive aspects of hotel operations, including management, customer service, and event planning. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for working in various roles within hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues.

1. Western cookery, which deals with the preparation and cooking of various western recipes
2. African cookery , which deals with the preparation and cooking of various African recipes.
3. Bakery, which deals with the baking of bread, pastries, confectioneries and icing.
4. Housekeeping, which deals with cleanliness in and around the Hotel environment.
5. Restaurant Service, which deals with general services offered to guests at the restaurant.
6. Hotel Service, which deals with general services offered to guests at the Hotel
7. Nutrition, which focuses on the planning of meals for guests according to their individual nutritional needs.
8. Hotel Accounting, which deals with management of account in the Hotel
9. Hotel Marketing, which deals with strategies to market Hotel products.
10. Event Planning, which deals with ways of handling different events.
